投诉信是写信人对某个单位或个人的服务,行为或者对所购买商品表达不满的书面表达方式。

书信注意事项:1.说明问题要有理有据,令人信服。2.语言要委婉,态度不能太强硬。

投诉信时态分析:说明问题时涉及到一般过去时或一般现在时,期待问题解决时涉及一般现在时或一般将来时。
